
RN - Inpatient Wound Clinic
Presbyterian Healthcare Services is looking for a passionate Registered Nurse (RN) to join our Inpatient Wound Clinic team. As an RN in this role, you will have the opportunity to make a difference in the lives of our patients by providing exceptional wound care that meets the highest standards of quality.We understand that to provide the best care, it takes a special kind of person with unique qualifications. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of three years of experience as an RN, a current and valid RN license in the state of New Mexico, and a strong understanding of wound care and the healing process. Responsibilities:
- Provide high-quality wound care to patients according to the highest standards of quality.
- Collaborate with other healthcare workers in a professional and courteous manner.
- Assess patient needs and develop individualized plans of care.
- Monitor patients for changes in their condition and respond accordingly.
- Follow all safety protocols and ensure a safe environment for patients, families, and other staff.
- Maintain accurate and complete medical records and document all patient care.
- Provide education and support to patients and their families regarding wound care.
- Participate in the development and implementation of clinical protocols and policies.
- Maintain current and valid RN license in the state of New Mexico.
- Remain up-to-date on wound care advancements and best practices.

Bsn Degree Or Equivalent
Minimum Of One Year Of Acute Care Nursing Experience
Knowledge Of Inpatient Wound Assessment And Care Practices
