RN - Clinical Educator

We are looking for an experienced and dynamic RN – Clinical Educator to join our team at Presbyterian Healthcare Services. As an integral part of our nursing team, the RN – Clinical Educator will provide education and support to nursing staff and other healthcare professionals to ensure quality and safe patient care. The successful candidate will possess excellent communication and teaching skills, be an enthusiastic team player, and embody the mission and values of our organization. Qualifications for this position include a current New Mexico RN license and Bachelor's degree in Nursing. At least three years of experience as an RN is required, with experience in an acute care setting preferred. Previous experience in education, training, quality improvement, and/or case management is highly desirable. Responsibilities:

• Provide education and support to nursing staff and other healthcare professionals to ensure quality and safe patient care. • Develop and implement educational plans and curriculum for nursing staff. • Maintain records of educational activities. • Collaborate with other clinical educators to ensure consistency in education and training. • Participate in departmental and organizational committees as needed. • Monitor patient outcomes and make recommendations for improvement. • Support and promote the mission, vision, and values of the organization. • Stay up-to-date on best practices and current trends in nursing education. • Utilize technology to enhance learning and teaching. • Act as a mentor and role model to nursing staff.
