Job Description

Presbyterian Healthcare Services is seeking an experienced and dedicated Registered Nurse to join our Cardiac Critical Care team. In this role, you will provide high quality nursing care for critically ill cardiac patients and their families. You will collaborate with physicians, other healthcare professionals, and patients to optimize care and ensure quality patient outcomes.The ideal candidate for this position will have a strong clinical background in cardiac critical care nursing, as well as excellent communication and problem-solving skills. You must possess a passion for delivering exceptional care and be committed to helping us achieve our mission to provide the highest quality healthcare services.If you have a positive attitude, are highly motivated, and possess a strong commitment to quality patient care, you could be the perfect fit for this role. Responsibilities:

  1. Provide high quality nursing care to critically ill cardiac patients and their families.
  2. Collaborate with physicians, other healthcare professionals, and patients to optimize care and ensure quality patient outcomes.
  3. Monitor patients’ conditions, administer treatments, and provide education and support to patients and families.
  4. Develop and implement individualized care plans that meet each patient’s needs and ensure quality patient outcomes.
  5. Utilize evidence-based practice to make decisions and provide appropriate nursing interventions.
  6. Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records and complete required documentation.
  7. Ensure compliance with hospital policies and procedures.
  8. Participate in professional development activities, continuing education, and quality improvement initiatives.
  9. Demonstrate a commitment to patient safety and excellence in patient care.
  10. Provide a positive and supportive environment for patients and their families.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Nursing

  • Current Bls Certification

  • Current Rn License In New Mexico

  • Advanced Cardiac Life Support (Acls) Certification

  • Excellent Communication

  • Knowledge Of Current Nursing Practices And Standards

  • Organizational

  • At Least One Year Of Experience In Cardiac Critical Care

  • Ability To Manage And Coordinate Patient Care
