Current Rn Licensure: Applicants Must Hold A Valid And Current Rn License In The State Of New Mexico, Or Be Eligible For Licensure In The State.
Bachelor's Degree In Nursing: A Minimum Of A Bachelor's Degree In Nursing From An Accredited Institution Is Required For This Position.
Minimum Of 3 Years Of Clinical Experience: Candidates Should Have At Least 3 Years Of Experience As An Rn In An Acute Care Setting, With A Strong Background In Care Coordination And Discharge Planning.
Knowledge Of Healthcare Regulations And Standards: The Ideal Candidate Will Have A Thorough Understanding Of Medicare And Medicaid Regulations, Joint Commission Standards, And Other Relevant Healthcare Regulations And Standards.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills: This Role Requires Strong Communication And Interpersonal Skills To Effectively Coordinate Care With Patients, Families, And Healthcare Team Members. Candidates Should Also Have The Ability To Advocate For Patients And Collaborate With Other Healthcare Providers.
