  1. Provide compassionate and skilled nursing care to patients undergoing cardiac catheterization procedures.
  2. Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans for patients.
  3. Monitor and assess patient vital signs, reactions, and changes in condition during and after procedures.
  4. Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
  5. Operate and maintain equipment used in cardiac catheterization procedures.
  6. Ensure proper documentation and charting of patient information and procedures.
  7. Educate patients and their families on post-procedure care and follow-up instructions.
  8. Maintain a safe and sterile environment in the Cardiac Cath Lab.
  9. Participate in quality improvement initiatives and adhere to all hospital policies and procedures.
  10. Attend and actively participate in training and educational opportunities to enhance skills and knowledge.
  11. Uphold the values and mission of Presbyterian Healthcare Services.
  12. Foster a positive and collaborative work environment with colleagues and other healthcare professionals.

Job Qualifications
  • Valid Rn License In The State Of Employment With Current Bls And Acls Certifications.

  • Minimum Of 2 Years Of Experience In A Cardiac Cath Lab Setting, Including Knowledge Of Diagnostic And Interventional Procedures.

  • Bachelor's Degree In Nursing (Bsn) Preferred.

  • Strong Critical Thinking And Assessment Skills, With The Ability To Recognize And Respond To Cardiac Emergencies.

  • Excellent Communication And Collaboration Skills, With The Ability To Work Effectively In A Multidisciplinary Team Environment.
