
Provider Compensation Analyst

- Conduct compensation analysis to evaluate and manage provider compensation plans.
- Develop and maintain a strong understanding of provider compensation models.
- Ensure provider compensation plans are fair and competitive.

- Use analytical skills to identify trends and make recommendations for improvements in compensation plans.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices related to provider compensation.
- Work closely with HR and legal teams to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Create and maintain accurate documentation and records related to provider compensation.
- Communicate with providers and other stakeholders to address any questions or concerns related to compensation.
- Assist in the development and implementation of new compensation plans.
- Collaborate with leadership to develop strategies for attracting and retaining top talent.
- Participate in salary surveys and use data to benchmark compensation plans against industry standards.
- Train and educate team members on compensation analysis and best practices.

Bachelor's Degree In Finance, Accounting, Or Related Field.
Minimum Of 3 Years Experience In Analyzing Provider Compensation Data.
Strong Understanding Of Healthcare Reimbursement And Compensation Principles.
Proficient In Data Analysis And Advanced Excel Skills.
Knowledge Of Healthcare Regulations And Compliance, Including Cms Guidelines.
