- Provide exceptional care to patients by conducting physical therapy evaluations, creating individualized treatment plans, and monitoring progress.

Bachelor's Degree In Physical Therapy: A Minimum Of A Bachelor's Degree In Physical Therapy From An Accredited Program Is Required For This Position. This Ensures That The Candidate Has The Necessary Knowledge And Skills To Perform The Duties Of A Physical Therapist.
State Licensure: A Valid State License To Practice Physical Therapy Is A Must-Have Qualification For This Job. This Ensures That The Candidate Has Met The State's Requirements For Education, Training, And Competency In Physical Therapy.
Experience In Outpatient Setting: Prior Experience Working As A Physical Therapist In An Outpatient Setting Is Preferred For This Role. This Will Demonstrate The Candidate's Ability To Work Independently And Manage A Diverse Caseload Of Patients.
Strong Communication And Interpersonal Skills: As A Physical Therapist, It Is Crucial To Have Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills To Effectively Interact With Patients, Their Families, And Other Healthcare Professionals. This Includes The Ability To Listen, Empathize, And Provide Clear Instructions And Recommendations.
