
Pediatric Intensivist - PICU
Presbyterian Healthcare Services is seeking an experienced, highly motivated Pediatric Intensivist for our Pediatric Intensive Care Unit (PICU). The successful candidate will provide the highest quality of medical services to pediatric patients and their families in a compassionate and caring atmosphere.The ideal candidate must possess an MD or DO degree, must be board-certified in Pediatrics, and must be fellowship-trained in Pediatric Critical Care or Pediatric Cardiac Critical Care. The Pediatric Intensivist must also have a minimum of three years of experience in pediatric critical care as well as a valid medical license. The Pediatric Intensivist must demonstrate excellent communication and organizational skills, as well as the ability to collaborate and work effectively with a multidisciplinary team.This is an exciting opportunity to work with a dedicated team of healthcare professionals and to make a positive impact on the lives of pediatric patients and their families. Responsibilities:
- Provide the highest quality of medical services to pediatric patients and their families in a compassionate and caring atmosphere.
- Utilize excellent communication and organizational skills to collaborate and work effectively with a multidisciplinary team.
- Maintain a valid medical license.
- Demonstrate a passion for providing high-quality care that is focused on the needs of the patient and their families.
- Utilize board-certified credentials in Pediatrics and fellowship-trained experience in Pediatric Critical Care or Pediatric Cardiac Critical Care.
- Remain current on all medical advances in the field of pediatric critical care.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations and protocols.
- Document patient care services accurately and thoroughly.
