
Patient Visit Specialist-Behavioral Health
At Presbyterian Healthcare Services, we are looking for a passionate and experienced Patient Visit Specialist-Behavioral Health to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience providing care to individuals with mental health and/or behavioral health challenges, an empathetic and patient-centered approach, and excellent communication skills. The Patient Visit Specialist-Behavioral Health will be a key member of our team and will be responsible for providing high-quality clinical care to those in need.The successful candidate will have a Bachelor’s degree in psychology, social work, or a related field, and a minimum of two years of experience in providing care for mental health and/or behavioral health. The ideal candidate will have effective communication and interpersonal skills, an understanding of clinical documentation, and an understanding of cultural sensitivity. The Patient Visit Specialist-Behavioral Health will have a deep commitment to providing excellent patient care, and a commitment to upholding the highest standards of care.
