Responsibilities:

1. Monitor patient conditions and provide timely updates to healthcare staff.

4. Ensure patient safety by observing and reporting any changes in the patient's condition.
5. Liaise between patients and healthcare staff to ensure effective communication.
6. Maintain accurate records and documentation for patient care.
7. Follow safety protocols and provide emergency assistance as needed.
8. Respond to patient inquiries and complaints in a professional manner.
9. Assist with the transportation of patients to and from medical appointments.
10. Participate in team meetings to discuss patient care plans and goals.
