Nurse Navigator - Oncology

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing comprehensive, individualized care to oncology patients and their families.The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s degree in Nursing, as well as at least three years of experience in oncology. They should possess excellent interpersonal and organizational skills, and be able to function independently in a fast-paced and ever-changing environment. The candidate should also be familiar with healthcare technology and comfortable using electronic medical records.
