Completion Of An Accredited Medical Assistant Program: A Qualified Candidate For This Position Should Have Completed A Medical Assistant Program From An Accredited Institution. This Ensures That They Have Received The Necessary Training And Education To Perform The Duties Of A Medical Assistant.
Certification As A Medical Assistant: Certification From A Recognized Organization Such As The American Association Of Medical Assistants (Aama) Or The National Healthcareer Association (Nha) Is A Must For This Position. It Demonstrates The Candidate's Knowledge And Skills In The Field Of Medical Assisting.
