- Develop and implement strategies to increase enrollment and retention of Medicaid members in the organization's healthcare programs.
- Oversee a team of outreach and retention specialists, providing guidance, training, and support to ensure the team meets performance goals.
- Collaborate with community organizations and partners to identify and engage with eligible Medicaid populations and promote access to healthcare services.
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure seamless enrollment and retention processes for Medicaid members.
- Monitor and report on key performance indicators related to Medicaid enrollment and retention, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions as needed.
- Stay current on changes and updates to Medicaid policies and regulations, and ensure compliance with all requirements.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including Medicaid agencies, healthcare providers, and community organizations.
- Conduct research and analysis to identify potential barriers to enrollment and retention for Medicaid members and develop strategies to address them.
- Collaborate with marketing and communication teams to develop outreach materials and campaigns targeted towards Medicaid populations.
- Advocate for the needs of Medicaid members within the organization, ensuring that their voices are heard and their needs are addressed.
Bachelor's Degree In Healthcare Administration, Public Health, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 3-5 Years Experience In A Management Role, Preferably In Medicaid Outreach And Retention.
In-Depth Knowledge Of Medicaid Policies, Regulations, And Guidelines.
Strong Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Build Relationships With Community Partners And Stakeholders.
Experience Developing And Implementing Successful Outreach And Retention Strategies, With A Focus On Improving Health Outcomes For Medicaid Members.
