1. Develop and implement strategies to increase enrollment and retention of Medicaid members in the organization's healthcare programs.
2. Oversee a team of outreach and retention specialists, providing guidance, training, and support to ensure the team meets performance goals.
3. Collaborate with community organizations and partners to identify and engage with eligible Medicaid populations and promote access to healthcare services.
4. Coordinate with internal departments to ensure seamless enrollment and retention processes for Medicaid members.
