Job Description

The Manager of Community Health Operations at Presbyterian Healthcare Services is a vital role in our organization. This position will be responsible for developing and executing strategies that will help make our communities healthier, while managing operations and processes related to community health. We are looking for an experienced, innovative leader who will be able to engage with our communities, develop relationships, and create collaborative partnerships.The successful candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in public health, health administration, or a related field, as well as 5+ years of experience in community health and/or public health program management. They should also possess strong interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills, as well as the ability to interact effectively with diverse populations. The ideal candidate will also have excellent problem-solving and project management skills, as well as the ability to work both independently and in a team environment. Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and execute strategies that will lead to healthier communities.
  2. Manage operations and processes related to community health.
  3. Engage with communities and create collaborative partnerships.
  4. Lead and motivate a team of professionals.
  5. Develop relationships with diverse populations.
  6. Solve complex problems and manage projects.
  7. Develop and monitor budgets related to community health.
  8. Evaluate and report on program performance.
  9. Assist in the development of grant proposals and fundraising.
  10. Stay current on health care legislation and regulations.
