
Maintenance Technician

- Perform routine maintenance and repairs on building systems and equipment to ensure they are functioning properly and in accordance with safety standards.
- Conduct regular inspections of facilities to identify any potential issues and address them in a timely manner.
- Respond promptly to maintenance requests and provide efficient solutions to resolve issues.
- Keep accurate records of all maintenance and repair work performed, including materials used and hours worked.
- Collaborate with other members of the maintenance team to ensure all tasks are completed in a timely and efficient manner.
- Communicate with building managers and other staff to keep them informed of any maintenance issues and their resolution.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment, ensuring all tools and equipment are properly stored and maintained.
- Monitor and maintain the inventory of maintenance supplies and equipment, and assist with ordering and restocking as needed.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and procedures while performing maintenance tasks.
- Continuously seek ways to improve and optimize maintenance processes and procedures to increase efficiency and reduce costs.
- Provide exceptional customer service to patients, members, and staff by promptly addressing any facility-related concerns.
- Stay updated on industry best practices and advancements in building systems and equipment maintenance to enhance skills and knowledge.

Knowledge Of Electrical And Mechanical Systems: A Maintenance Technician At Presbyterian Healthcare Services Should Have A Strong Understanding Of Electrical And Mechanical Systems Used In Healthcare Facilities. This Includes Knowledge Of Hvac, Plumbing, And Medical Equipment.
Troubleshooting And Problem-Solving Skills: The Ability To Identify And Resolve Issues Quickly And Effectively Is Crucial For A Maintenance Technician. Candidates Should Be Able To Troubleshoot Complex Problems And Develop Creative Solutions To Keep The Facility Running Smoothly.
Experience With Maintenance Software: Presbyterian Healthcare Services Uses Various Maintenance Software Programs To Track And Manage Work Orders, Inventory, And Equipment Maintenance. Candidates Should Have Experience Using These Systems Or Be Able To Quickly Learn New Software.
