- Develop and implement strategies to attract, recruit, and retain qualified employees for long-term services and supports roles.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to assess staffing needs and create staffing plans to meet patient and organizational needs.
- Oversee the hiring and onboarding process for new employees, ensuring compliance with all necessary regulations and policies.
- Provide leadership and guidance to the long-term services and supports team, promoting a positive and collaborative work environment.
- Conduct performance evaluations and provide coaching and feedback to employees to support their professional growth and development.
- Develop and implement training programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of employees in long-term care services.
- Monitor and analyze workforce data to identify areas for improvement and make recommendations for process changes to increase efficiency and effectiveness.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in long-term care workforce management, and make recommendations for incorporating them into the organization.
- Build relationships with community organizations and educational institutions to establish partnerships for recruiting and training potential employees.
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements related to long-term care workforce management.
- Serve as a liaison between the long-term services and supports team and other departments within the organization to promote collaboration and communication.
- Act as a role model for the organization's values and mission, promoting a culture of excellence and compassion in all aspects of the workforce.
Minimum Of 10 Years Of Experience In The Healthcare Industry, With A Focus On Long-Term Services And Supports (Ltss) Programs And Services.
Bachelor's Degree In Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, Or A Related Field. Master's Degree Preferred.
Strong Leadership Skills And Experience Managing A Team, With A Track Record Of Successfully Implementing Ltss Programs And Initiatives.
In-Depth Knowledge Of Federal And State Regulations Related To Ltss, Including Medicaid And Medicare Policies.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Collaborate And Build Relationships With Internal And External Stakeholders.
