
Lead- Application Training - eLearning
Presbyterian Healthcare Services is looking for a highly motivated Lead-Application Training - eLearning to join our Training and Organizational Development team. This position requires a unique blend of instructional design, training development, and facilitation experience. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and delivering eLearning and virtual training solutions to ensure the successful implementation of our enterprise applications. The ideal candidate should possess the following qualifications: -At least 5 years of experience in instructional design, training development, and facilitation -Demonstrated ability to create interactive, engaging, and effective eLearning modules -Proficiency in web-authoring and eLearning tools such as Articulate Storyline -Strong project management skills and the ability to work independently with minimal guidance -Excellent communication, presentation, and organizational skills -Ability to collaborate effectively with teams of developers, designers, and project managersIf you are passionate about developing cutting-edge eLearning solutions and have the qualifications outlined above, then this is an opportunity you don't want to miss! Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and deliver eLearning and virtual training solutions for enterprise applications.
- Create interactive, engaging, and effective eLearning modules.

- Manage projects independently with minimal guidance.
- Communicate and present effectively with teams of developers, designers, and project managers.
- Collaborate with teams of developers, designers, and project managers.
- Monitor training effectiveness and suggest improvements.
- Ensure training meets organizational goals and objectives.
- Design and develop training materials and activities.
- Evaluate training materials for accuracy, relevancy, and effectiveness.
