Job Description

Presbyterian Healthcare Services is looking for an experienced and passionate Foundation Events & Projects Specialist to join our team. The qualified individual will be a creative problem solver with a strong sense of teamwork and an understanding of the needs of our community. This position requires a Bachelor's degree in a related field, 1-3 years of experience in the nonprofit sector, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. If you are an organized and motivated individual who is passionate about event planning and project management, this is the role for you!

Responsibilities:

  1. Plan, coordinate, and execute fundraising and community events to support the mission of Presbyterian Healthcare Services.
  2. Collaborate with external vendors and community partners to ensure successful event execution.
  3. Develop and maintain relationships with donors and sponsors.
  4. Create and maintain project plans for all event and project activities.
  5. Monitor budgets for events and projects, ensuring adherence to guidelines.
  6. Coordinate and lead event-related committees and task forces.
  7. Develop event and project materials, such as invitations, programs, and promotional materials.
  8. Manage event and project-related databases and records.
  9. Identify and explore new opportunities for fundraising and community engagement.
  10. Oversee volunteer recruitment and management for events and projects.
