
Foundation Events & Projects Specialist
Presbyterian Healthcare Services is looking for an experienced and passionate Foundation Events & Projects Specialist to join our team. The qualified individual will be a creative problem solver with a strong sense of teamwork and an understanding of the needs of our community. This position requires a Bachelor's degree in a related field, 1-3 years of experience in the nonprofit sector, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities:
- Plan, coordinate, and execute fundraising and community events to support the mission of Presbyterian Healthcare Services.
- Collaborate with external vendors and community partners to ensure successful event execution.
- Develop and maintain relationships with donors and sponsors.
- Create and maintain project plans for all event and project activities.
- Monitor budgets for events and projects, ensuring adherence to guidelines.
- Coordinate and lead event-related committees and task forces.
- Develop event and project materials, such as invitations, programs, and promotional materials.
- Manage event and project-related databases and records.
- Identify and explore new opportunities for fundraising and community engagement.
- Oversee volunteer recruitment and management for events and projects.
