15. Adhere to all safety and infection control protocols.
16. Participate in on-call and weekend rotations as needed.
17. Work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to provide coordinated and comprehensive care.
18. Communicate effectively and respectfully with patients, families, and colleagues.
19. Attend departmental meetings and participate in committees as assigned.
20. Other duties as assigned by the Medical Director or other supervising physicians.
