If so, we have an exciting opportunity for you! Presbyterian Healthcare Services is seeking an Executive Assistant to join our Strategic Planning team. In this role, you will play a vital role in supporting our executive leadership by coordinating and managing various strategic initiatives. We are looking for a highly motivated individual with excellent communication and problem-solving skills, who is able to maintain confidentiality and exercise sound judgment.   1. Coordinate and manage various strategic initiatives for executive leadership.
  2. Maintain and update strategic planning documents, including timelines, action plans, and progress reports.
  3. Schedule and organize meetings, conferences, and other events related to strategic planning.
  4. Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders, including executives, team members, and external partners.
  5. Conduct research and gather data to support strategic planning efforts.
  6. Prepare and distribute meeting agendas, presentations, and other materials as needed.
  7. Monitor and track project timelines and deliverables to ensure timely completion.
  8. Maintain confidentiality and exercise sound judgment when handling sensitive information.
  9. Anticipate and proactively address potential issues or challenges that may arise during strategic planning processes.
  10. Act as a liaison between executive leadership and other departments or teams as needed.
  11. Collaborate with team members to improve and streamline strategic planning processes.
  12. Provide administrative support, such as managing calendars, scheduling appointments, and handling correspondence.
  13. Assist with budget management and tracking of expenses related to strategic planning initiatives.
  14. Demonstrate a strong understanding of the organization's goals, priorities, and values.
  15. Continuously look for ways to improve and enhance the strategic planning process.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 3 Years Of Experience In A Strategic Planning Role, Preferably In The Healthcare Industry.

  • Excellent Organizational And Project Management Skills, With The Ability To Prioritize And Manage Multiple Projects Simultaneously.

  • Strong Analytical And Problem-Solving Abilities, With The Ability To Interpret And Present Complex Data.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Collaborate With Various Stakeholders And Departments Within The Organization.
