
Executive Assistant - Strategic Planning

- Coordinate and manage various strategic initiatives for executive leadership.
- Maintain and update strategic planning documents, including timelines, action plans, and progress reports.
- Schedule and organize meetings, conferences, and other events related to strategic planning.
- Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders, including executives, team members, and external partners.
- Conduct research and gather data to support strategic planning efforts.
- Prepare and distribute meeting agendas, presentations, and other materials as needed.
- Monitor and track project timelines and deliverables to ensure timely completion.
- Maintain confidentiality and exercise sound judgment when handling sensitive information.
- Anticipate and proactively address potential issues or challenges that may arise during strategic planning processes.
- Act as a liaison between executive leadership and other departments or teams as needed.
- Collaborate with team members to improve and streamline strategic planning processes.
- Provide administrative support, such as managing calendars, scheduling appointments, and handling correspondence.
- Assist with budget management and tracking of expenses related to strategic planning initiatives.
- Demonstrate a strong understanding of the organization's goals, priorities, and values.
- Continuously look for ways to improve and enhance the strategic planning process.
Bachelor's Degree In Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 3 Years Of Experience In A Strategic Planning Role, Preferably In The Healthcare Industry.
Excellent Organizational And Project Management Skills, With The Ability To Prioritize And Manage Multiple Projects Simultaneously.
Strong Analytical And Problem-Solving Abilities, With The Ability To Interpret And Present Complex Data.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Collaborate With Various Stakeholders And Departments Within The Organization.
