
Cybersecurity Analyst

- Develop and maintain a comprehensive understanding of our organization's systems, networks, and sensitive information.
- Monitor and analyze network traffic and system logs for potential security breaches or incidents.
- Conduct regular vulnerability assessments and penetration testing to identify and mitigate potential threats.
- Collaborate with IT and other departments to implement and maintain security protocols and policies.
- Perform risk assessments and develop risk management strategies to protect against cyber attacks.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest cybersecurity trends, threats, and best practices to continuously improve our security measures.
- Investigate and respond to security incidents, including conducting forensic analysis and providing recommendations for remediation.
- Coordinate and conduct security training and awareness programs for employees to promote a culture of security awareness.
- Participate in the development and testing of disaster recovery and business continuity plans.
- Communicate effectively with team members and management regarding security issues, updates, and recommendations.
- Maintain documentation of security incidents, policies, procedures, and risk assessments.
- Collaborate with external security vendors and partners to enhance our cybersecurity capabilities.
- Assist in the development and maintenance of incident response plans and procedures.
- Conduct regular audits of systems and networks to ensure compliance with regulatory and industry standards.
- Serve as a subject matter expert and provide guidance to other departments and employees on cybersecurity best practices.
A Bachelor's Degree In Computer Science, Information Technology, Or A Related Field
At Least 2-3 Years Of Experience In A Cybersecurity Role
Knowledge Of Security Principles, Protocols, And Technologies
Familiarity With Risk Assessment And Management Techniques
Industry Certifications Such As Cissp, Cism, Or Ceh
