- Greet and welcome patients and visitors in a friendly and professional manner.
- Answer incoming calls and respond to patient inquiries and requests with empathy and understanding.
- Provide accurate and timely information to patients regarding services, appointments, and general inquiries.
- Schedule appointments and maintain accurate patient records in the designated systems.
- Handle patient complaints and concerns with patience and de-escalate any potential issues.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless patient experiences.
- Follow company policies and procedures to maintain patient confidentiality and safety.
- Identify and escalate urgent or complex issues to the appropriate team members.
- Keep up-to-date with changes in company policies, procedures, and services to accurately assist patients.
- Maintain a positive and professional attitude at all times, representing the company’s values and mission.
- Meet and exceed performance goals related to call handling, patient satisfaction, and quality assurance.

Excellent Communication Skills: This Position Requires Strong Verbal And Written Communication Skills To Effectively Communicate With Patients, Healthcare Providers, And Other Team Members.
Customer Service Experience: A Successful Contact Center Representative Will Have Previous Experience In A Customer Service Role, Preferably In A Healthcare Setting. This Ensures They Have The Necessary Skills To Handle Patient Inquiries And Concerns With Empathy And Professionalism.
