  1. Greet and welcome patients and visitors in a friendly and professional manner.
  2. Answer incoming calls and respond to patient inquiries and requests with empathy and understanding.
  3. Provide accurate and timely information to patients regarding services, appointments, and general inquiries.
  4. Schedule appointments and maintain accurate patient records in the designated systems.
  5. Handle patient complaints and concerns with patience and de-escalate any potential issues.
  6. Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless patient experiences.
  7. Follow company policies and procedures to maintain patient confidentiality and safety.
  8. Identify and escalate urgent or complex issues to the appropriate team members.
  9. Keep up-to-date with changes in company policies, procedures, and services to accurately assist patients.
  10. Maintain a positive and professional attitude at all times, representing the company’s values and mission.
  11. Meet and exceed performance goals related to call handling, patient satisfaction, and quality assurance.
  12. Participate in ongoing training and development programs to continuously improve skills and knowledge.
  13. Collaborate with team members to share best practices and improve overall department efficiency.
  14. Take ownership of patient inquiries and follow up in a timely manner to ensure their needs are met.
  15. Maintain a clean and organized work environment to promote a positive and welcoming atmosphere for patients and colleagues.

Job Qualifications
  • Excellent Communication Skills: This Position Requires Strong Verbal And Written Communication Skills To Effectively Communicate With Patients, Healthcare Providers, And Other Team Members.

  • Customer Service Experience: A Successful Contact Center Representative Will Have Previous Experience In A Customer Service Role, Preferably In A Healthcare Setting. This Ensures They Have The Necessary Skills To Handle Patient Inquiries And Concerns With Empathy And Professionalism.

  • Knowledge Of Healthcare Systems: Familiarity With Various Healthcare Systems And Terminology Is Crucial For This Role. A Contact Center Representative Should Have A Basic Understanding Of Medical Terminology, Insurance Plans, And Healthcare Processes.

  • Multitasking Abilities: Working In A Contact Center Requires The Ability To Handle Multiple Tasks And Inquiries Simultaneously. A Qualified Candidate Should Be Able To Efficiently Manage Their Time And Prioritize Tasks To Ensure All Patient Needs Are Met.

  • Adaptable And Empathetic Demeanor: Patients May Call With A Variety Of Concerns, From Scheduling Appointments To Billing Inquiries. A Contact Center Representative Must Be Adaptable And Able To Provide Empathetic Support To Patients In Any Situation. They Should Also Be Able To Maintain A Calm And Professional Demeanor Under Pressure.
