Job Description

  1. Develop and implement strategies to enhance the overall consumer experience at Presbyterian Healthcare Services.
  2. Collaborate with various departments and teams to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions to enhance the patient experience.
  3. Conduct research and gather feedback from patients to understand their needs and preferences, and use this information to improve service delivery.
  4. Monitor and analyze patient satisfaction data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
  5. Train and educate staff on customer service best practices and ensure that they are consistently delivering high-quality care and service to patients.
  6. Serve as a point of contact for patient inquiries and complaints, and work to resolve issues in a timely and effective manner.
  7. Develop and implement processes and procedures to ensure a seamless and positive experience for patients at all touchpoints.
  8. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices related to consumer experience, and make recommendations for improvement as needed.
  9. Serve as a liaison between patients and healthcare providers, working to bridge any gaps in communication and ensure a smooth and positive experience for patients.
  10. Continuously evaluate and improve upon the consumer experience program, making adjustments and implementing new initiatives as needed.

Job Qualifications
  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills.

  • Bachelor's Degree In Business Administration, Marketing, Or Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 3 Years Of Experience In A Customer Service Or Consumer Experience Role.

  • Strong Understanding Of Healthcare Industry And Consumer Behavior.

  • Proven Track Record Of Developing And Implementing Successful Consumer Experience Strategies.
