We are currently seeking a highly skilled and passionate Consumer Experience/CAHPS Project Manager to join our team. In this role, you will have the opportunity to make a significant impact on the quality of care and overall experience of our patients. Our ideal candidate is a dedicated and results-driven individual with strong project management skills and a deep understanding of the Consumer Assessment of Healthcare Providers and Systems (CAHPS) survey.   1. Develop and implement strategies to improve patient satisfaction and overall consumer experience within the organization.
  2. Serve as the project manager for all CAHPS-related initiatives, ensuring timely and successful completion of projects.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze CAHPS data, identify areas for improvement, and develop action plans to address any issues.
  4. Monitor and track progress of CAHPS-related projects, providing regular updates to senior leadership and other stakeholders.
  5. Develop and maintain relationships with external partners and vendors involved in CAHPS data collection and analysis.
  6. Ensure compliance with all CAHPS survey requirements and protocols, including survey administration, data collection, and reporting.
  7. Train and educate staff on best practices for improving patient satisfaction and delivering exceptional consumer experiences.
  8. Conduct regular audits to identify potential areas for improvement and make recommendations for implementing changes.
  9. Develop and implement innovative initiatives to engage patients and improve their overall experience with the organization.
  10. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices related to patient satisfaction and consumer experience, and make recommendations for incorporating them into the organization's strategies.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In Project Management, Specifically In The Healthcare Industry.

  • Knowledge And Understanding Of Consumer Assessment Of Healthcare Providers And Systems (Cahps) Surveys And Related Regulations.

  • Strong Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills, With The Ability To Interpret Data And Make Data-Driven Decisions.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Collaborate And Build Relationships With Various Stakeholders, Including Patients, Providers, And Internal Teams.
