
Clinical Dietitian
Presbyterian Healthcare Services is seeking an experienced Clinical Dietitian to join our healthcare team. We are looking for a compassionate and organized individual who is eager to help our patients achieve and maintain a healthy lifestyle. The ideal candidate will have a passion for nutrition and helping others.The Clinical Dietitian will be responsible for providing nutrition counseling and education, monitoring patient’s progress, and developing nutrition plans and resources for patients. In addition, the Dietitian will work collaboratively with the healthcare team to ensure that the patient’s nutrition needs are being met.The successful candidate will have a bachelor’s or master’s degree in dietetics, nutrition, or a related field, as well as a current Registered Dietitian (RD) credential. Clinical experience in a healthcare setting is highly desirable. The Dietitian must have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work independently and as part of a team.If you have the qualifications and passion for helping others, we would love to hear from you.
Responsibilities:
- Provide nutrition counseling and education to patients.
- Monitor patient progress and develop nutrition plans and resources.
- Work collaboratively with healthcare team to ensure patient nutrition needs are met.
- Maintain current Registered Dietitian (RD) credential.
- Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
