
Clinic Manager
The Clinic Manager position at Presbyterian Healthcare Services is an exciting opportunity for an organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team. We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused individual with excellent communication skills who is passionate about providing our patients with exceptional care. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of a clinic, ensuring that our patients receive the highest quality of care. To be successful in this role, the ideal candidate must have a minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration or a related field and at least three years of experience in a clinic setting. Additionally, they must possess strong leadership skills, be able to work independently under minimal supervision, and have a deep understanding of healthcare regulations and compliance. Responsibilities:
- Manage the daily operations of a clinic, including scheduling appointments, overseeing staff, and ensuring the delivery of quality care to patients.
- Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and standards.
- Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
- Monitor staff performance and provide guidance and support as needed.
- Manage patient relations and ensure patient satisfaction.
- Manage financial operations of the clinic, including budgeting, billing, and accounts receivable.
- Work with other departments in the organization to ensure continuity of care.
- Develop and maintain relationships with outside agencies and vendors.
- Attend meetings, conferences, and seminars as needed.
- Prepare and submit reports to senior management.
Excellent Written And Verbal Communication Skills

Bachelor's Degree In Healthcare Administration Or A Related Field
