Job Description

The Clinic Manager position at Presbyterian Healthcare Services is an exciting opportunity for an organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team. We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused individual with excellent communication skills who is passionate about providing our patients with exceptional care. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of a clinic, ensuring that our patients receive the highest quality of care. To be successful in this role, the ideal candidate must have a minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration or a related field and at least three years of experience in a clinic setting. Additionally, they must possess strong leadership skills, be able to work independently under minimal supervision, and have a deep understanding of healthcare regulations and compliance. Responsibilities:

  1. Manage the daily operations of a clinic, including scheduling appointments, overseeing staff, and ensuring the delivery of quality care to patients.
  2. Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and standards.
  3. Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
  4. Monitor staff performance and provide guidance and support as needed.
  5. Manage patient relations and ensure patient satisfaction.
  6. Manage financial operations of the clinic, including budgeting, billing, and accounts receivable.
  7. Work with other departments in the organization to ensure continuity of care.
  8. Develop and maintain relationships with outside agencies and vendors.
  9. Attend meetings, conferences, and seminars as needed.
  10. Prepare and submit reports to senior management.
