You should also possess at least 3 years of experience in behavioral health care management and have a thorough understanding of evidence-based treatment methods.   1. Oversee the delivery of high-quality care and support to individuals with behavioral health needs.
  2. Lead and manage a team of healthcare professionals to ensure efficient and effective operations.
  3. Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory standards and best practices in behavioral health care.
  4. Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans for patients.
  5. Utilize evidence-based treatment methods to provide the best possible care to patients.
  6. Collaborate with other healthcare providers and community resources to ensure a comprehensive approach to patient care.
  7. Monitor and evaluate patient progress and make necessary adjustments to treatment plans.
  8. Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records and documentation.
  9. Provide support and guidance to staff, including training and development opportunities.
  10. Promote a positive and inclusive work environment that values diversity and cultural sensitivity.
  11. Advocate for the needs and rights of patients and their families.
  12. Participate in quality improvement initiatives to continuously improve the services provided.
  13. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and advancements in behavioral health care to ensure the highest quality of care.
  14. Adhere to ethical and professional standards in all aspects of job performance.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Social Work, Psychology, Or Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 3 Years Experience Working In A Psychiatric Or Behavioral Health Setting.

  • Knowledge Of And Experience With Evidence-Based Treatment Modalities For Mental Health Disorders.

  • Strong Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Collaborate And Coordinate Care With Other Healthcare Professionals.

  • Current Licensure As A Licensed Clinical Social Worker (Lcsw) Or Licensed Professional Counselor (Lpc) In The State Of New Mexico.
