  1. Provide excellent customer service to patients and members of Presbyterian Healthcare Services.
  2. Answer incoming calls and respond to inquiries in a professional and timely manner.
  3. Assist patients and members with navigating healthcare services and benefits.
  4. Monitor and respond to voicemails, emails, and online messages from patients and members.
  5. Maintain accurate and detailed records of all interactions with patients and members.
  6. Collaborate with other departments and healthcare providers to resolve issues and provide solutions.
  7. Educate patients and members on available healthcare resources and services.
  8. Follow company policies and procedures to ensure compliance and patient/member satisfaction.
  9. Continuously update knowledge on healthcare policies, procedures, and services.
  10. Maintain confidentiality and adhere to HIPAA regulations.
  11. Identify and escalate complex issues to appropriate departments or supervisors.
  12. Attend and participate in training and team meetings.
  13. Document and report any trends or recurring issues to management.
  14. Help maintain a positive and professional work environment.
  15. Demonstrate a strong commitment to the company's mission and values.
