- Conduct thorough assessments to identify patients' mental health needs and develop individualized treatment plans.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to provide comprehensive care and ensure the best possible outcomes for patients.
- Utilize evidence-based practices to deliver innovative and effective treatments for patients with a variety of mental health concerns.
- Monitor and document patients' progress in treatment, making necessary adjustments to treatment plans as needed.
- Educate patients and their families on mental health conditions, treatment options, and coping strategies.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records and comply with all legal and ethical standards.

- Serve as an advocate for patients, striving to meet their individual needs and improve their overall healthcare experience.
Master's Degree In Psychology, Counseling, Social Work, Or Related Field
Minimum Of 2 Years Experience Working With Adult Populations In A Behavioral Health Setting
State Licensure Or Certification As A Mental Health Professional (E.g. Lpc, Lcsw, Lmft)
Knowledge And Experience With Evidence-Based Treatment Modalities For Mental Health Disorders
Ability To Collaborate And Work Effectively With Interdisciplinary Teams And Community Resources For Holistic Patient Care.
