Recruiting Coordinator
As a Recruiting Coordinator with our Contingent Worker team, you will partner with hiring managers, vendors, external recruiters and candidates to provide an exceptional experience. Provide support to hiring managers, external recruiters and candidates in all aspects of the recruiting/interview process. Provide excellent customer service to vendor candidates, hiring managers and vendor partners. Schedule interviews and site visits, update calendars, and arrange related details. Process purchase requisitions and support reporting needs. Greet and welcome candidates to HR lobby reception area.
2 years’ equivalent work experience
1 year of experience in recruiting, human resources, sales, marketing, customer service or similar environment
Ability to work independently and seek guidance as needed
