
Training & Development (HR) Specialist

- Develop and implement innovative training programs that align with the organization's goals and objectives.
- Identify training needs through needs assessments and collaborate with department managers to create targeted training plans.
- Design and deliver engaging and interactive training sessions that cater to different learning styles.
- Create training materials, including presentations, handouts, and job aids, that are clear, concise, and visually appealing.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through feedback, metrics, and follow-up assessments.
- Stay up-to-date with current best practices and emerging trends in training and development to continuously improve our programs.
- Partner with subject matter experts to develop and deliver specialized training programs, such as compliance training or technical skills training.
- Build and maintain relationships with internal stakeholders to ensure training initiatives are aligned with business objectives.
- Act as a mentor and coach to employees, providing guidance and support in their professional development.
- Collaborate with the HR team to ensure training programs are integrated with other HR initiatives, such as performance management and succession planning.
- Manage the training budget and make recommendations for cost-effective training solutions.
- Communicate training opportunities and promote participation to employees at all levels of the organization.
- Track and report on the impact and ROI of training programs to senior leadership.
- Uphold a positive and inclusive learning environment that encourages employee development and growth.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and company policies in regards to training and development.
Bachelor's Degree In Human Resources, Organizational Development, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In Training And Development, Preferably In A Corporate Setting.
Knowledge Of Instructional Design Principles And Various Training Methodologies.
Strong Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Train And Coach Employees At All Levels.
Experience With Learning Management Systems And Other Training Technology Tools.
