  1. Perform regular and preventative maintenance on atomization equipment to ensure optimal functionality and efficiency.
  2. Troubleshoot and diagnose equipment failures and malfunctions, implementing effective solutions to minimize downtime and maintain production levels.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to plan and execute maintenance schedules, minimizing disruptions to production processes.
  4. Maintain accurate records of all maintenance activities, including repairs, replacements, and equipment performance.
  5. Conduct routine inspections of atomization equipment to identify potential issues and address them before they become major problems.
  6. Monitor equipment performance and make recommendations for upgrades or modifications to improve efficiency and quality.

Job Qualifications

  • Technical Expertise: A Maintenance Technician At Praxair Should Have A Strong Understanding Of Atomization Technology And Its Associated Equipment. This Includes Knowledge Of Mechanical, Electrical, And Pneumatic Systems, As Well As Troubleshooting And Repair Skills.

  • Experience With Atomization Equipment: Candidates Should Have A Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience Working With Atomization Equipment, Such As Atomizers, Nozzles, And Spray Systems. This Experience Should Include Maintenance, Repair, And Optimization Of The Equipment.

  • Safety Training: Praxair Places A High Priority On Safety, And All Maintenance Technicians Must Have Completed Relevant Safety Training And Certifications. This Includes Knowledge Of Osha Regulations, Lockout/Tagout Procedures, And Other Safety Protocols.

  • Attention To Detail: The Maintenance Technician Role At Praxair Requires A High Level Of Precision And Attention To Detail. This Includes Accurately Documenting Maintenance And Repair Activities, As Well As Following Standard Operating Procedures For Equipment Maintenance.
