HSE Manager

Praxair is looking for an outstanding HSE Manager to join our team and take our safety program to the next level. In this role, you will be responsible for leading, developing, and implementing our company-wide safety initiatives. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in environment, health, or safety-related disciplines, with at least 5 years of experience in a similar role. Responsibilities:

1. Implement and maintain health, safety, and environmental policies and procedures
2. Develop and monitor safety programs and initiatives
3. Conduct safety audits and inspections
4. Monitor and report on safety performance and compliance
5. Lead investigations into workplace incidents and accidents
6. Ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and standards
7. Create and deliver safety training programs
8. Develop risk assessments and emergency plans
9. Foster a safe and healthy work environment
10. Participate in safety committees and other safety-related activities
