  1. Conduct thorough risk assessments of potential and existing third-party vendors to identify potential risks and vulnerabilities.
  2. Develop and implement risk mitigation strategies and processes to reduce the impact of identified risks on the organization.
  3. Build and maintain strong relationships with external partners, including conducting regular reviews and meetings to ensure compliance with risk management protocols.
  4. Collaborate with internal stakeholders to assess the risk appetite of the organization and make recommendations for risk management strategies.
  5. Monitor and track vendor performance and conduct periodic audits to ensure compliance with contractual agreements and risk management protocols.
  6. Communicate effectively with vendors and internal teams to address and resolve any risk-related issues that may arise.
  7. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in risk management to continuously improve and enhance the organization's risk management processes.
  8. Provide regular reports and updates to senior management on the status of vendor relationships and potential risks.
  9. Act as a subject matter expert on vendor risk management, providing guidance and training to other team members as needed.
  10. Continuously review and improve vendor risk management policies and procedures to align with changing business needs and regulations.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Business Administration, Finance, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 3 Years Experience In Vendor Management Or Risk Management, Preferably In The Financial Services Industry.

  • Strong Knowledge Of Vendor Management Principles, Regulatory Requirements, And Risk Assessment Methodologies.

  • Excellent Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills, With The Ability To Identify And Mitigate Potential Risks In Vendor Relationships.

  • Strong Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Build And Maintain Relationships With Internal Stakeholders And External Vendors.
