- Greet and welcome customers to PNC Financial Services in a friendly and professional manner.
- Process financial transactions accurately and efficiently, including deposits, withdrawals, and bill payments.
- Build strong relationships with customers by providing excellent customer service and addressing their needs and concerns.
- Educate customers on PNC's various financial products and services and assist them in selecting the best options for their needs.
- Maintain a thorough understanding of all banking procedures and policies to ensure compliance and accuracy.
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure a smooth and efficient workflow.
- Keep track of cash levels and reconcile cash drawer at the end of each shift.
- Handle confidential information with discretion and ensure the security of customer accounts.
- Identify and report any suspicious or fraudulent activity to the appropriate authorities.
- Continuously strive to meet and exceed individual and team goals and targets.
- Act as a brand ambassador for PNC by portraying a professional and positive image at all times.
- Attend training sessions and stay updated on industry developments and changes in banking regulations.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor.
