4. Build and maintain strong relationships with customers by offering personalized and proactive assistance.
5. Ensure all customer transactions and interactions are in compliance with bank policies and procedures.
6. Proactively identify sales opportunities and refer customers to appropriate bank products and services.
7. Maintain a thorough understanding of all bank products and services to effectively assist customers with inquiries.
8. Handle and resolve customer complaints in a timely and professional manner.
9. Maintain a clean and organized work area to reflect a positive image for the bank.
10. Collaborate with team members to achieve branch goals and targets.
11. Stay updated with changes in banking regulations and procedures.
12. Continuously seek opportunities for self-improvement and development.
13. Adhere to all security and confidentiality protocols to protect customer information.
14. Demonstrate excellent communication skills to effectively convey information to customers and team members.
15. Perform other duties as assigned by management.
