Job Description

PNC Financial Services is looking for a customer-focused and detail-oriented Teller to join our team! As a Teller, you will be the face of PNC, providing exceptional customer service while efficiently and accurately processing financial transactions. This role requires individuals who are able to work in a fast-paced environment, have strong communication skills, and are dedicated to delivering a positive banking experience for our clients.   1. Provide exceptional customer service to all clients by greeting them in a friendly and professional manner and addressing their needs and concerns promptly and effectively.
  2. Process financial transactions accurately and efficiently, including deposits, withdrawals, and account transfers, in accordance with PNC's policies and procedures.
  3. Maintain a high level of accuracy and attention to detail when handling cash, checks, and other financial documents to avoid errors and discrepancies.
  4. Educate clients on PNC's products and services, including accounts, loans, and credit cards, and assist them in selecting the best options for their financial needs.
  5. Keep up-to-date with the latest banking regulations and procedures to ensure compliance and provide clients with accurate information.
  6. Utilize PNC's technology and systems to perform transactions, access client information, and provide accurate and timely reports.
  7. Collaborate with other team members and departments to resolve any client issues or concerns and ensure a positive customer experience.
  8. Maintain a clean and organized work area, including the teller station and surrounding areas, to provide a welcoming and professional atmosphere for clients.
  9. Adhere to security and confidentiality policies and procedures to protect client information and prevent fraudulent activities.
  10. Continuously seek opportunities to improve customer service and operational efficiency, and provide feedback and suggestions to management.
  11. Keep track of personal cash drawer and ensure all transactions are accurately recorded and balanced at the end of each shift.
  12. Demonstrate a positive attitude and a strong work ethic, and act as a role model for other team members in delivering exceptional customer service.
  13. Attend training sessions and meetings as required by PNC to stay updated on company policies, procedures, and products.
  14. Meet or exceed performance goals and expectations set by PNC, including customer satisfaction, transaction accuracy, and sales targets.
  15. Perform other related duties and responsibilities as assigned by management.
