2. Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently, including deposits, withdrawals, and payments.
3. Maintain a high level of knowledge about our products and services to effectively assist customers with their financial needs.
4. Provide exceptional customer service by actively listening to and addressing customer inquiries and concerns.
5. Adhere to all company policies and procedures, including security protocols and compliance regulations.
6. Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth and efficient operations of the teller line.
7. Keep accurate records of transactions and maintain proper cash handling procedures.
8. Promote and cross-sell additional products and services to customers to meet their financial needs.
9. Continuously seek opportunities to improve customer service and operational efficiency.
10. Participate in training and development programs to enhance job knowledge and skills.
