  1. Design and implement innovative technology solutions for clients using Linux and Windows operating systems.
  2. Utilize technical expertise to troubleshoot and resolve complex issues related to systems and applications.
  3. Maintain and optimize existing systems to ensure maximum efficiency and functionality.
  4. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in technology to continuously improve and enhance systems.
  5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement improvements to current processes.
  6. Develop and maintain documentation for systems, processes, and procedures.
  7. Provide technical support and assistance to team members and clients as needed.
  8. Monitor system performance and proactively identify and resolve any potential issues.
  9. Participate in the planning and execution of system upgrades and migrations.
  10. Communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders to provide updates and progress reports.
  11. Ensure compliance with company policies and security protocols.
  12. Take ownership of assigned projects and see them through to successful completion.
  13. Proactively identify opportunities for process improvement and make recommendations for implementation.
  14. Collaborate with vendors and external partners as needed.
  15. Act as a subject matter expert for Linux and Windows operating systems and provide training and support to team members as needed.

Job Qualifications

  • Proficiency In Linux And Windows Operating Systems: The Candidate Should Have Extensive Knowledge And Experience In Both Linux And Windows Os, Including Installation, Configuration, Troubleshooting, And Maintenance.

  • Strong Understanding Of Networking And Security Protocols: A Technology Engineer Must Have A Thorough Understanding Of Networking Concepts And Security Protocols, Such As Tcp/Ip, Dns, Dhcp, Firewalls, And Encryption.

  • Experience With Virtualization Technologies: Pnc Financial Services Utilizes Virtualization Technologies Such As Vmware And Hyper-V. The Ideal Candidate Should Have Hands-On Experience With These Tools And Be Able To Implement And Maintain Virtualized Environments.

  • Ability To Design And Implement It Solutions: The Role Of A Technology Engineer Includes Designing And Implementing It Solutions To Meet Business Needs. The Candidate Should Have A Strong Grasp Of It Architecture And Be Able To Develop And Implement Effective Solutions.

  • Strong Problem-Solving And Analytical Skills: Technology Engineers Are Responsible For Identifying And Resolving Complex Technical Issues. The Candidate Should Have Excellent Problem-Solving And Analytical Skills To Troubleshoot And Resolve Issues Efficiently.
