  1. Monitor and maintain the reliability of PNC's systems, ensuring they are running at optimal levels at all times.
  2. Proactively identify and troubleshoot technical issues that may arise, using your problem-solving skills to quickly resolve them and minimize downtime.
  3. Work closely with other team members to ensure a seamless and efficient support process for our clients.
  4. Prioritize and manage multiple tasks and projects, ensuring that all deadlines and service level agreements are met.
  5. Communicate effectively with clients and internal stakeholders to provide updates on system issues and resolutions.
  6. Document and maintain accurate and thorough records of all system issues and resolutions for future reference.
  7. Stay up-to-date on industry best practices and emerging technologies to continuously improve system reliability and support processes.
  8. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement new system enhancements or upgrades, ensuring minimal disruption to client services.
  9. Provide exceptional customer service by responding promptly and professionally to all inquiries and requests.
  10. Participate in on-call rotations to provide 24/7 support for critical system issues.
  11. Identify areas for improvement and make recommendations to enhance system reliability and customer service.
  12. Adhere to all company policies and procedures, including security protocols, to protect confidential client information.
  13. Train and mentor junior team members, sharing your knowledge and expertise to continuously improve the team's capabilities.
  14. Take ownership of issues and see them through to resolution, ensuring a positive and satisfactory experience for our clients.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Computer Science, Information Technology, Or A Related Field.

  • At Least 3 Years Of Experience In System Reliability And Support, Preferably In A Financial Services Environment.

  • Strong Knowledge And Experience With System Monitoring And Troubleshooting Tools.

  • Excellent Communication And Problem-Solving Skills.

  • Knowledge Of Industry Standards And Best Practices For System Reliability And Support, Such As Itil And Agile Methodologies.
