- Monitor and maintain the reliability of PNC's systems, ensuring they are running at optimal levels at all times.
- Proactively identify and troubleshoot technical issues that may arise, using your problem-solving skills to quickly resolve them and minimize downtime.
- Work closely with other team members to ensure a seamless and efficient support process for our clients.
- Prioritize and manage multiple tasks and projects, ensuring that all deadlines and service level agreements are met.
- Communicate effectively with clients and internal stakeholders to provide updates on system issues and resolutions.
- Document and maintain accurate and thorough records of all system issues and resolutions for future reference.
- Stay up-to-date on industry best practices and emerging technologies to continuously improve system reliability and support processes.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement new system enhancements or upgrades, ensuring minimal disruption to client services.
- Provide exceptional customer service by responding promptly and professionally to all inquiries and requests.
- Participate in on-call rotations to provide 24/7 support for critical system issues.
- Identify areas for improvement and make recommendations to enhance system reliability and customer service.
- Adhere to all company policies and procedures, including security protocols, to protect confidential client information.
- Train and mentor junior team members, sharing your knowledge and expertise to continuously improve the team's capabilities.
- Take ownership of issues and see them through to resolution, ensuring a positive and satisfactory experience for our clients.
Bachelor's Degree In Computer Science, Information Technology, Or A Related Field.
At Least 3 Years Of Experience In System Reliability And Support, Preferably In A Financial Services Environment.
Strong Knowledge And Experience With System Monitoring And Troubleshooting Tools.
Excellent Communication And Problem-Solving Skills.
Knowledge Of Industry Standards And Best Practices For System Reliability And Support, Such As Itil And Agile Methodologies.
