  1. Maintain the stability and functionality of critical systems within the organization.
  2. Manage and lead a team of system administrators to ensure timely and efficient support for all systems.
  3. Monitor system performance and identify areas for improvement or potential risks.
  4. Develop and implement processes and procedures for system maintenance and support.
  5. Provide technical support to internal and external stakeholders, including troubleshooting and resolving system issues.
  6. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement system enhancements and upgrades.
  7. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices related to system reliability and support.
  8. Conduct regular audits and reviews to ensure compliance with security and regulatory standards.
  9. Develop and maintain system documentation, including standard operating procedures and troubleshooting guides.
  10. Communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels to provide updates on system performance and outages.
  11. Identify and implement automation solutions to improve system efficiency and reduce manual tasks.
  12. Train and mentor junior team members to enhance their technical skills and knowledge.
  13. Participate in on-call rotation to provide 24/7 support for critical systems.
  14. Continuously monitor and analyze system logs and performance metrics to proactively identify potential issues.
  15. Collaborate with vendors and third-party providers to resolve system issues and improve system reliability.

Job Qualifications
  • Extensive Knowledge Of Systems And Technology: The Ideal Candidate For This Role Should Possess A Deep Understanding Of Various Systems And Technologies Used In The Financial Services Industry. This Includes Experience With Hardware, Software, Networks, And Security Protocols.

  • Strong Leadership Skills: As A System Reliability & Support Lead, The Individual Will Be Responsible For Managing A Team Of Support Technicians And Ensuring Smooth Operations Of Critical Systems. Therefore, The Candidate Must Have Strong Leadership Skills, Including The Ability To Delegate Tasks, Provide Guidance, And Make Strategic Decisions.

  • Experience With Incident Management: In This Role, The Candidate Will Be Responsible For Handling And Resolving Any System Incidents That May Occur. Therefore, The Ideal Candidate Should Have Experience With Incident Management Processes, Including Identifying, Tracking, And Reporting Incidents, As Well As Implementing Corrective Actions.

  • Excellent Communication Skills: Effective Communication Is Crucial For This Role As The Candidate Will Be Required To Communicate With Various Stakeholders, Including Team Members, Management, And External Vendors. The Candidate Should Be Able To Clearly Convey Technical Information And Provide Updates On System Reliability And Support Activities.

  • Problem-Solving And Analytical Skills: The System Reliability & Support Lead Will Be Responsible For Identifying And Troubleshooting Complex Technical Issues. Therefore, The Candidate Should Possess Strong Problem-Solving And Analytical Skills, With The Ability To Think Critically And Make Data-Driven Decisions To Resolve Issues Efficiently.
