- Provide technical support to internal and external stakeholders, including troubleshooting and resolving system issues.

Extensive Knowledge Of Systems And Technology: The Ideal Candidate For This Role Should Possess A Deep Understanding Of Various Systems And Technologies Used In The Financial Services Industry. This Includes Experience With Hardware, Software, Networks, And Security Protocols.
Strong Leadership Skills: As A System Reliability & Support Lead, The Individual Will Be Responsible For Managing A Team Of Support Technicians And Ensuring Smooth Operations Of Critical Systems.
