- Lead and manage a team of software engineers to develop and implement Salesforce and API integration solutions.
- Provide guidance, mentorship, and support to the team, fostering a collaborative and high-performing work environment.
- Create and maintain project plans, timelines, and budgets to ensure successful delivery of projects.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including business stakeholders, to gather and understand requirements and develop solutions that meet business needs.
- Ensure that all software development processes and best practices are followed, including coding standards, version control, and testing.
- Stay updated on the latest trends and developments in Salesforce and API integration and incorporate them into the team's work.
- Identify and proactively address any potential roadblocks or issues that may impact project delivery.
- Monitor and track project progress, and provide regular updates to senior management.
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement, driving innovation and efficiency within the team.
- Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback to team members, identifying areas for growth and development.
At Least 7-10 Years Of Experience In Software Engineering, With A Strong Background In Salesforce And Api Integration.
Proven Experience Managing And Leading A Team Of Software Engineers, With A Focus On Driving Results And Meeting Project Deadlines.
Expertise In Salesforce Development, Including Customizations, Integrations, And Configuration.
In-Depth Understanding Of Api Integration And Experience Working With Various Apis, Such As Rest, Soap, And Json.
Strong Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Collaborate With Cross-Functional Teams And Effectively Communicate Technical Concepts To Non-Technical Stakeholders.
