Bachelor's Or Master's Degree In Computer Science, Software Engineering, Or Related Field.
Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Software Development, With At Least 2 Years In A Management Or Leadership Role.
Extensive Knowledge Of Software Development Methodologies, Such As Agile And Waterfall.
Strong Technical Skills And Experience With Programming Languages And Tools, Such As Java, .Net, And Sql.
Excellent Communication And Leadership Skills, With The Ability To Manage And Mentor A Team Of Software Engineers.
