  • Lead a team of software engineers in the development and maintenance of critical software for the organization
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize software development needs
  • Ensure adherence to software engineering best practices and standards
  • Mentor and coach team members to foster their professional growth and development
  • Collaborate with project managers to define project timelines and deliverables
  • Review and provide feedback on code written by team members

Job Qualifications

  • Extensive Experience In Vrealize Operations: The Ideal Candidate Should Have A Deep Understanding And Hands-On Experience With Vrealize Operations, Including Installation, Configuration, Customization, And Troubleshooting.

  • Strong Leadership Skills: As A Lead Software Engineer, The Candidate Must Possess Excellent Leadership Skills To Guide And Mentor A Team Of Engineers. This Includes The Ability To Delegate Tasks, Provide Constructive Feedback, And Drive The Team Towards Achieving Project Goals.

  • Proficiency In Software Development: The Candidate Should Have A Strong Background In Software Development, With Expertise In Languages Such As Java, Python, Or C++. They Should Also Be Familiar With Agile Methodologies And Have Experience Working In A Software Development Lifecycle.

  • Knowledge Of Pnc's Technology Stack: Familiarity With Pnc's Technology Stack, Including Its Infrastructure, Applications, And Tools, Is Highly Desirable. This Includes Knowledge Of Virtualization Technologies, Server And Storage Systems, And Network Architecture.

  • Excellent Problem-Solving Skills: As A Lead Software Engineer, The Candidate Must Possess Strong Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills To Identify And Resolve Complex Technical Issues. They Should Also Be Able To Anticipate And Mitigate Potential Roadblocks During The Development Process.
