  1. Conduct quantitative analysis and modeling to support business objectives and inform decision-making processes.
  2. Utilize statistical techniques and methods to analyze large datasets and identify trends and patterns.
  3. Develop and maintain sophisticated models and algorithms to support various business functions.
  4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and design solutions that meet those needs.
  5. Communicate complex analytical findings and recommendations to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  6. Monitor and evaluate model performance and make necessary adjustments to ensure accuracy and effectiveness.
  7. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in quantitative analysis and modeling.
  8. Act as a subject matter expert and provide guidance and support to junior analysts.
  9. Identify opportunities for process improvement and automation to enhance efficiency and accuracy of analysis.
  10. Adhere to regulatory requirements and compliance standards in all modeling and analysis work.
  11. Work closely with business partners to identify potential risks and develop strategies to mitigate them.
  12. Provide strategic insights and recommendations based on data analysis to drive business growth and achieve objectives.
  13. Collaborate with IT teams to enhance data infrastructure and ensure data integrity and quality.
  14. Mentor and train junior analysts on quantitative analysis techniques and best practices.
  15. Contribute to the development and implementation of company-wide data and analytics initiatives.

Job Qualifications
  • Advanced Degree In Mathematics, Statistics, Economics, Or Related Field: A Senior Quantitative Analytics/Modeling Analyst At Pnc Financial Services Should Possess A Strong Foundation In Quantitative Disciplines And Have A Minimum Of A Master's Degree In A Relevant Field.

  • Extensive Experience In Financial Modeling: Candidates For This Role Should Have A Minimum Of 5-7 Years Of Experience In Developing And Implementing Financial Models, With A Focus On Risk Analysis And Forecasting.

  • Proficient In Programming And Data Analysis: A Strong Background In Programming Languages Such As Python, R, Or Sql Is Essential For This Role, As Well As Experience With Data Analysis And Visualization Tools Such As Tableau Or Power Bi.

  • Knowledge Of Banking And Financial Regulations: Pnc Financial Services Is A Leading Financial Institution, And Candidates For This Role Should Have A Deep Understanding Of Banking And Financial Regulations, Including Basel Iii, Ccar, And Dfast.

  • Strong Communication And Collaboration Skills: As A Senior Quantitative Analytics/Modeling Analyst, The Ability To Effectively Communicate Complex Concepts And Collaborate With Cross-Functional Teams Is Crucial. Candidates Should Also Possess Strong Project Management Skills And The Ability To Meet Tight Deadlines.
