- Act as a subject matter expert and provide guidance to other team members on financial systems and processes.
- Create and maintain comprehensive project plans, including timelines, tasks, and milestones, to ensure timely and successful completion of projects.
- Continuously monitor and evaluate system performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing solutions to optimize system functionality.
- Communicate project progress and updates to stakeholders, including senior management, in a clear and concise manner.
- Provide training and support to end-users on new or updated financial systems and processes.
- Stay updated on the latest advancements and best practices in financial systems, and make recommendations for their implementation in PNC Financial Services.
- Act as a liaison between business users and technical teams, translating business needs into technical requirements and vice versa.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders to ensure the smooth implementation and adoption of new financial systems and processes.
- Take ownership of financial system projects from conception to completion, ensuring all deliverables are met on time and within budget.
- Continuously assess and improve financial system processes to increase efficiency, accuracy, and productivity.
Bachelor's Or Master's Degree In Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Financial Systems Management, Preferably In The Banking Or Financial Services Industry.
Strong Understanding Of Financial Systems And Processes, Including Knowledge Of Accounting Principles And Financial Reporting.
Excellent Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills, With The Ability To Identify And Recommend Solutions To Complex Business Problems.
Proven Track Record Of Successfully Managing And Implementing Large-Scale Financial Systems Projects, With A Focus On Meeting Deadlines And Delivering High-Quality Results.
