  2. Utilize expertise in asset management to make strategic decisions and drive performance.
  3. Conduct thorough analysis of loan data and financial statements to identify potential risks and opportunities.
  4. Develop and implement asset management strategies to maximize returns and minimize losses.
  5. Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to effectively manage and resolve any issues that may arise.
  6. Monitor market trends and economic conditions to make informed decisions on portfolio management.
  7. Provide leadership and guidance to junior asset managers and support staff.
  8. Communicate regularly with clients and stakeholders to provide updates on portfolio performance and address any concerns.
  9. Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and industry professionals.
  10. Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and company policies.
  11. Use strong negotiation skills to negotiate terms and agreements with borrowers and investors.
  12. Identify and recommend potential new business opportunities for the company.
  13. Continuously evaluate and improve processes to increase efficiency and mitigate risk.
  14. Stay up-to-date with industry developments and trends to bring innovative ideas to the team.
  15. Represent the company at industry events and conferences to enhance brand awareness and network with potential clients.

Job Qualifications

  • Extensive Experience In Asset Management: A Senior Asset Manager In Special Servicing Transferred At Pnc Financial Services Should Have A Minimum Of 7-10 Years Of Experience In Asset Management, With A Proven Track Record Of Successfully Managing Complex Portfolios.

  • Strong Knowledge Of Special Servicing: The Candidate Should Have A Deep Understanding Of Special Servicing And The Associated Legal, Regulatory, And Compliance Requirements. This Includes Experience In Managing Defaulted Loans, Negotiating Loan Workouts, And Handling Foreclosure And Bankruptcy Proceedings.

  • Excellent Leadership Skills: A Senior Asset Manager Should Possess Strong Leadership Skills To Effectively Manage A Team Of Asset Managers And Support Staff. This Includes The Ability To Delegate Tasks, Provide Guidance And Feedback, And Make Strategic Decisions To Achieve Departmental Objectives.

  • Financial Acumen: The Ideal Candidate Should Have A Strong Financial Background With Excellent Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills. This Includes The Ability To Analyze Financial Statements, Perform Cash Flow Projections, And Make Data-Driven Decisions To Maximize The Performance Of The Portfolio.
