- Develop and maintain relationships with existing clients in order to increase retention and grow the portfolio.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the client base and increase revenue.
- Conduct thorough analysis of clients' financial information and develop customized solutions to meet their needs.
- Act as a trusted advisor to clients, providing them with expert guidance on commercial banking products and services.
- Collaborate with internal teams to deliver exceptional service and ensure client satisfaction.

- Continuously assess and improve processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness in managing client relationships.
- Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and ethical standards.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client interactions and sales activities using the company's CRM system.
- Collaborate with other departments, such as credit, risk, and compliance, to ensure smooth and timely execution of client transactions.
Bachelor's Degree In Business, Finance, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Relationship Management Or Commercial Banking.
Strong Knowledge Of Financial Products And Services, Specifically In The Commercial And Industrial Sector.
Proven Track Record Of Building And Maintaining Client Relationships, And Achieving Sales And Revenue Goals.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Collaborate With Cross-Functional Teams And Senior Level Clients.
