- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients in the Commercial and Institutional Banking division.
- Act as the main point of contact for clients, addressing their needs and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
- Understand each client's financial goals and provide tailored solutions to help them achieve these goals.
- Conduct thorough research and analysis to identify new business opportunities and expand the client base.
- Collaborate with internal teams such as credit, risk, and operations to ensure seamless delivery of products and services to clients.
- Keep up-to-date with industry trends and market conditions to provide valuable insights and recommendations to clients.
- Monitor and manage client portfolios, identifying areas for growth and potential risks.
- Prepare and present financial reports and performance reviews to clients.
- Participate in networking events and build relationships with industry professionals to generate new business leads.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records and documentation.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and company policies.
- Mentor and train junior relationship managers to support their professional growth and development.
Bachelor's Degree In Business, Finance, Or A Related Field.
Excellent Communication, Negotiation, And Problem-Solving Skills.
Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Relationship Management Within The Commercial And/Or Investment Banking Industry.
Strong Understanding Of Financial Products And Services, As Well As Market Trends And Competition.
Proven Track Record Of Successfully Managing And Growing Client Relationships.
