- Develop and maintain strong relationships with business clients, serving as their primary point of contact for all banking needs
- Provide personalized financial solutions to clients based on their unique needs and goals
- Actively identify and pursue new business opportunities through networking, referrals, and cold-calling
- Conduct thorough financial analyses of clients' businesses to assess their financial needs and make appropriate recommendations
- Collaborate with internal teams, such as credit, treasury management, and wealth management, to deliver comprehensive solutions to clients
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends, market conditions, and regulatory changes to provide informed advice to clients
- Ensure compliance with all banking regulations and policies, as well as ethical and professional standards
- Manage a portfolio of business clients, including monitoring and analyzing their financial performance and identifying potential risks
- Provide exceptional customer service by promptly addressing client inquiries, concerns, and issues
- Meet or exceed sales and revenue targets through proactive business development efforts and cross-selling of products and services
- Maintain accurate and organized client records and documentation.
Bachelor's Degree In Finance, Business Administration, Or Related Field.
Strong Understanding Of Financial Products And Services, Including Lending, Cash Management, And Investment Options.
Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In Commercial Or Business Banking.
Proven Track Record Of Successfully Managing And Growing A Portfolio Of Business Clients.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Build And Maintain Strong Relationships With Clients And Internal Teams.
